Deepa Mehta

I am an urban planner and researcher. I focus on how governments and industries work together to shape cities, regional corridors, and climate and sustainable development. In my dissertation, I am writing about the privatization of the Indiana Toll Road. This project traces how the financial industry, its practices, and investment models shape infrastructure and development.
